Tank cycle tons on bugs

Quick question my tank just cycled about 2 weeks ago, I got hundreds of thousands of bugs jumping on my sand bed and some on my glass look like tiny white bugs Unfortunately it wouldn't even be able to take pictures cause they're so small

What could they be

thats crazy how do i have hem in there if i cycled my tank with base rock and sore bought live sand only
