tank + hardwood

i'm thinking about moving my tank into another room which is hardwood. any suggestions on what to put under it to protect the hardwood?

a friend of mine from indiana said he put a piece of sturdy stryo foam with a soft felt cover under the styro foam under his 275 gallon, when he got ready to move after 12 years, the floor was still in great shape, minus a little buffing and resealing
