tank leaking, setting up a new tank.

My craigslist bare bottom 20L started leaking today so I took all my live rock out and put it in 5 gallon buckets. I don't have any fish. This tank just had 4 baby RTBAs and 5 small frags of Kenya trees. That's it, we'll few turbo snails too. I've got a new 20L and brand new agonite sand which I rinsed bazillion times with tap to get rid of the fine grit. I filled the tank with RO water that measured 1 TDS. Just added my MegaSea reef salt to it. I've got my big circulation pump, heater, and a large airstone in it now.

When do you think it's ok to add my live rock with my RBTAs on it?
Water is a bit cloudy from the new substrate but mostly from the salt. I've noticed MegaSea doesn't dissolve as quickly as my IO reef salt.

Do you think overnight will do it? Will my baby RBTAs be ok in my bucket overnight? My house is set at 76 so temp is not an issue but do I need an air stone?

So the temp is 78 now and I'm doing final adjustment to 1.024, so I'll be moving everything into the new tank this evening. RTBAs are tough, so they should be fine.
