Tank leaking

if it's just a glass tank, it's not too hard to razor-blade out the old silicone and redo. don't touch the silicone inside the joints that's holding the panes together, just the bead that's providing the continuous seal. a plastic spoon works well for smoothing out the bead.
 
one side is blown out so it all has to be redone, if it was just the inner seal i would do it myself, i just don't trust myself to do it with 3/4" glass from a total breakdown with primary and secondary seals on an eight foot long tank
 
so no one has any thoughts on this subject on where this can get done even if its in North Carolina, anywhere really at this point
