Im not new to reefing but less than a week into photgraphy. I just picked up a canon rebel xt. here is what i got so far! Any tips on how i can get better pics would be appreciated!!

Thanks... i just got my first SLR camera and every shot is hit or miss. im just turning the dials and and changing settings hoping that it comes out looking good! i have no idea what i am doing but i think i am starting to get the hang of it.
 
well i also have an Olympus camedia c-765 ulta zoom. I just got the canon rebel xt this past week all these pics are with the canon using only the manual mode because i am trying to learn the finer aspects of photography.
 
Thanks, I use to keep mainly softies and have been slowly getting rid of them and getting more SPS. For now just frags and small colonies. I dont plan to keep many different SPS because i like the look of few giant colonies. So im gonna just let these guys grow and grow and grow till the tank is full. I may add a few softies in the mix just to have some motion in the tank. In a few years i think it should fill in nicely. Cant wait to have some growth pics!!!
