Tank Placement

I want to place my new Elos MINI tank in my home office. Most days of the week I work at night in the office. Would it be very stressful to the fish to have the office lights on after the tank lights are off?

I have seen many tanks in living rooms, etc; advice would he highly appreciated. Thank you.

I would think subdued lighting would be ok, ex. table lamp. Not a full on really bright light. But I'm just someone that has read a lot, experienced a little which in turn makes me a decent guesser...maybe
