Tank Plumbing

I have an in wall main display with a sump below along with a fuge. I want to plumb in an additional tank to use as a frag tank but I want to make sure that it can maintain water flow with out overflowing or flooding my sump in the event of a power outage, etc.


Any and all ideas are welcomed
