Took a look at your tank, very nice (Got Shrooms?) What kind of tang is that? I'm looking for one that will go in a tank about that size.

They mean dont link to pics on other people web sites. Image storage sites are ok. When I say link I mean use [ img] around the address without the spaces [ /img] that way the image shows up in your post. Like this. Nice tank by the way.

Shrooms are regularly gathered and trashed..Like a weed those things..Tang is a Scopas and they get to be about 8" or so. I believe that one is about as big as its going to get. Could I sell it, I Would because I would prefer to have a yellow or blue in there.

If you are harvesting soon you can throw them my way, I'll likely be in Memphis this weekend. I thought that was a Scopas, but he comes out so lavender/purple in the shot. It's a funny thing, personally I prefer the Scopas but my wife and 3 year old daughter like the yellow, I think they dig the color. I'm setting up a 10 gallon, basically same dimensions as a 75 but 1 foot longer. As it is brand new I don't think it could support a fully grown Tang.

Put me on the list for unwanted shrooms too!! Please. What kind of VHO lighting do you have? Bulb types and #s. I am going to be setting up a 75G with VHOs soon.

Always happy to hand over some to those wanting frags for their own tanks. I just cleaned house last weekend so it will be another couple weeks until they have over grown the tank. Be happy to have you come by and bag some.

I use 2 actnic 03 110w VHO lamps..

and 2 10k 'aquasun' lamps also 110w each

I suggest using 2 ballast, 1 for the 03's and 1 for the 10ks so you can control dusk to dawn as well as have some redundancy in the event 1 ballast dies on you.

Great I have 2 actnic 03 110w, 1 50/50 110w and 1 10K aquasun 110w on 2 ballast already on the 45G I am moving up from. Sounds like the lighting is taken care of.
