tank time

When I set the tank time on my AC3 it always resets back to GMT (I think). I am running the most current firmware (updated it last month).

I assume I am missing something simple but the manual and forum returned no results on my searches.

Do you have AquaNotes running? If you do then you want to turn off Auto Set (I think that is what it was called) because that will keep the AC3 clock updated.

I don't have it running but the person before me probably did. I bought the controller used. Could this be the issue?

This must be the issue. My laptop has no serial connection and I would rather not have to spend $75 for aquanotes web access. Is there any other way to change this setting?
