Tank Transfer for ICH and possible Fin Rot?

Friday I will be doing my third tank transfer to rid ich I noticed on a new Raccoon Butterfly. Also have a new Royal Gramma in same QT. I still see two minor white specs on the butterfly. My two concerns are:

1. Is this normal to still have white specs this far into tank transfer? I have followed the transfer method as per guides on here moving at 7am every 3 days.

2. Today I just noticed the rear fin on the butterfly looks slightly missing almost like a piece was bitten off. The royal grammas lower left fin is slightly deteriorated. Don't think they are nipping at each other think this could be another disease?

Using two complete 20g sets drying for more then 24 hours after washing them.

Where are you seeing the specs? It could just be Lymphocystis (a harmless virus), especially if they are on the tail, fins or spines. So, anywhere but the body. :p

Secondary bacterial infections are very common when battling ich. You could treat with something like erythromycin during TT, or afterwards in a more permanent QT. Just remember to increase gas exchange when using antibiotics, and don't be too surprised if the fish's appetite decreases.

The white spots seem to be gone today. However the butterfly is hanging out on the bottom looks like tail fin and back fin are worse today. I decided to use prazipro because I had it at the house. Just dosed today will do my third tank transfer tomorrow in the morning and add Prazipro to that tank as well. The butterfly fish doesn't want to eat at all just looks at the food.
