Tank Transfer Method - Early or Late transfer?

Hi All,

So, I have started round 1 of the Tank Transfer method.
Fish went into the freshly set up tank at 2pm yesterday.
Transfer 1 is scheduled for Wednesday.
Transfer is supposed to be at 72 hours, preferably in the morning.

So - do I transfer at about 7am Wednesday morning? This is 7 hours early (65 hours)? Is that acceptable?
