Tank upgrade

It happened. I'm addicted to this reef stuff...

I have a 29g reef and will be upgrading to a 75g. The 29g has about 45-50lbs of rock between the display and sump. My plan was to setup the 75g with another 45-50lbs of dry rock and the live rock from the sump to start it. I would also get about 50lbs of sand and put in the 75g for the cycle. After the cycle I would move the remaining live rock, sand, corals and fish to the 75g. My questions

1. Should I use the old sand from the 29 after the 75 is cycled or should I just get the 75lbs of sand and be done with it. I am worried about adding sand after the cycle.

2. Would adding live rock from the 29 after the 75's cycle cause a new cycle? Or should I just go "all in at once"

3. Wondering about sump sizes... I was thinking 20L for the sump of the 75. I should be able to fit a skimmer, heater, return pump in that with possible room for a reactor. Does that sound correct or am I putting to much into that 20L? For other 20L sump owners what do you have in it?

4. For people using sumps in the stand - My stand has a "floor" board a couple of inches about the house floor. I was wondering if people put there sump on that or cut the 'false' floor out of the sand and place on the real floor under the stand.

Hopefully someone answers this post as i am going from a 55 G to a 90 G soon and am wondering the same things...

1 most people say not to recycle sand because once its stirred up, it becomes pretty nasty.

2. The live rock from an established tank shouldn't cause a new cycle. If anything, it would help the cycle.

3 and 4 I'll let someone else answer
