tap wsp treatment

Hi could anyone tell me if this treatment would be any good for my spot-banded buterfly as he has little white spots on his tail and side fins. i have 2 snowflake eels and a giant hermit also there is a cataphilia coral in there which is going to be moved to my new tank in a couple of weeks as it shouldnt really be in there.
any ideas would be appreciated
