I'm a 6th and 9th grade history teacher. I've been involved in reefing mainly softies for years now and am currently setting up a 150g that will be a mixed reef tank. Anyway, I don't have a very good camera at all and would like to incorporate reefs into a few lesson plans. The kind of pictures I'm looking for would be a very close up centered on one piece of coral that would be followed by a series of shots getting further and further away until it shows the whole tank. If anyone would be willing to help me out with this I would be forever grateful!

What type of help are you looking for? What type of camera will you be shooting with? Pretty much you will start in macro mode and shoot moving back a bit each time. You will then have to take it out of macro mode to get the further shots.

i think he is asking for someone for their pictures, so he can incorporate them into his plans. i dont believe he is looking to take the photos himself!
