Tek light help!

I'm looking into a 60" 4 bulb tek light to go over a 155 bow front (72x18x24). Keeping some lps and caps. Corals are in the center 12 or so inches of the tank. Do you think I can get away with this. Thanks all!

we have used a 60" tek in a 135 6ft tank... it seems to be growing all well so far.

i would suggest changing to a nice bulb ... the ballasts in the tek are workhorse and run great

The ballasts also under drive the bulbs and use rapid start which degrades the bulb life. But tek fixtures are good fixtures.

Go with 6 bulbs OP. You will be happy you have two extra bulbs to play with for color.

There is an awesome deal on the 4 bulb unit on reefgeek so i cant justify splurging on the 6 or 8. I'm planning on using high par bulbs
