tell me what to do

Zippopunk1, that question needs more info. What are you keeping in that tank? I think the best way to dose any two part is to start at the minimum dose that the lable says and then test. Use alkalinity as you gauge and get that stable first. Knowing what you have in the tank can give us a better idea on how quickly your Alkalinity will drop. Good luck.

Only you can tell. Test alk. Start off with the recommended amount for your tank. After 2 days test for Alk again. If it has gone up then cut down on the dosing. If it's down add more to the dosing.
Do the same with calcium but don't test for 5 - 6 days.
Do this for a few weeks then you are set. Test weekly from then on.

To add to what Matt said (( which I completely agree with )),

My 58 takes 100 ml of Cal and Alk each night, whereas my 33 takes 33 ml every other night. So each tank is going to be different. It is going to depend on the load of each tank, and even what salt you are using and how often you do water changes.

Good advice from both. You should also set a target value that you are trying to maintain. For alkalinity, perhaps, it could be 9 (what I try to maintain).

Todd and Steve giving their usual good advice.
Also, shoot for 420 (approx) Calcium. Don't forget to not let your Mag drop. Test and dose for that as well. It won't need as much dosing as the other 2. I tend to dose for 2 weeks every 6 weeks or so but, again, thats on my system. Aim for 1350 - 1400 with the mag.
