Telnet SCAN or Reset commands

Hi,

Anybody know the commands for scan all modules connected in my apex ? because my display don't appears in module setup web pages !

and

If scan don't work, what is the reset command ?

The telnet reset command do not change or erase nothing in the configuration? Is like use: System-Netsetup-Restart in the display module?
