If i reset my memory on my ac3 does the temp probe go to its original setting?

Yes, the temp probe calibration will be reset as well. This may not be that bit of an issue though as there are a few things that can help...
* Calibration offset for temp probes is usually very small (0 - +/1 1.5 F) so it it likely that you won't be that different
* If you take note of the reading, perform the reset and then calibrate to the temperature you noted before the reset it is likely you won't be off by much if any since the chances of a change in temp so quickly would be quite small.
