First off, hit that little button that says "Caps Lock" 
I run all my tanks 79-80. I've seen polls where people are between 76-82. Higher temps will speed up metabolism a little bit making growth a bit fast but dissolved oxygen content will be lower so water movement and surface aggitations must be increased with higher temps.
