Just wanted to say how impressed I am with you as a vendor. After a bad experience with another vendor in which I was sent a severely bleached rbta and several empty snail shells instead of actual snails, I talked my very patient wife into letting me attempt another rbta. My order was shipped as requested and the packaging was top notch. I opened the container to find the most beautiful Rbta I've ever seen! no bleaching and still attached to the bag. I followed your acclimation procedure and placed my anemone in the tank. after I coaxed it to unattach from my hand it found a nice crevice and has stayed put. It ate the following day aggressively! The snails I ordered were some of the healthiest I've ever seen!
