I just wanted to say thanks for the great customer service. I came home from work last night and 1 of my 3 MP60s was not working. I investigated and determined that the pump and controller were fine but the power supply was bad. I called Ecotech last night but it was after 5 pm so their office was closed. I left a voice message with all my info. I received a call at 9:30 a.m. today and within 5 minutes they were sending me a new power supply for the cost of shipping, no questions asked even though the build date on my unit was Sept. of 2014. Thanks for the great customer service!
