Thanks for the skimmer!

I'm new with LIRA, been to only one meeting and hardly spoke to anyone so none of you knew me untill Saturday night.

Well, now you do! I'm the guy who was too busy to come to NERAC, bought tickets to the dinner because I figured it was a cheep date and we get to see the fishies, came late, stuffed my face and won the great skimmer.
By the way, I was just kidding when I said I only have a 20 gal tank. There is a 180 also, and the skimmer WILL come in handy since I am planning to add a large basement sump.

I did get to meet a few of you, and owe a special thanks to Joe for the behind the scenes peek at his reef. To call it a tank does not do it justice. It looks even more awsome from the top!

I look forward to getting to know more of you and being an active member of LIRA.

Judging by your long list of top notch equipment you don't need the skimmer anyway.
Any room for corals in the tank with all those Tunze's?

Speaking of Tunze's...wow. Anthony bought me a Tunze nanostream at NERAC from Reef Exotics, and it is far and away not even in the same league as other powerheads. Good looking, powerful, nice flow patterns and adjustable. I absolutely love it.
