I tested the water I was getting from the Publix Graceir machine and 0 phosphates. I tested by Home R/O, The Brita water filter on the tap, and Home water and all have a phosphate reading between 2.0 and 5.0 so that explains the high phosphates in my tank as I am doing a water change with the water from Publix trying to decrease the phosphates and putting a lot back with my top offs. I guess it will be the water from Publix.

I have a few RO machines for sale, you can make your own water for cheap.

They need new membranes but should be fine for what you need.
