Well thanks guys me and joel have talked about it a little.a small piece of the problem is old ro/di filters and the rest of the pproblem is any ones guess i have a good skimmer only about 10 or 11 fish a few shrooms and about 160 of live rock i only feed about every 2 days .I didnt start having problems until i started upgrading my ro/di system .I always used water just out of the tap and never really had any problems.Its just so far out of hand now i am just really frustrated my nitrates are about 100 and no matter what i do how big of water change or even moving my tank to the basement and starting with all fresh water they still just go up Ill take any options you guys can throw at me .Thanks ryan

Have you tested your tds from the ro/di? How about for nitrates coming out of it?

I used to have 20-40ppm nitrates in my old 75g. I took out my biowheels, did 3-4 50% waterchanges within a week, and added chaeto. I've had undetectable levels ever since.

Nitrates =100ppm
50% WC =50ppm
50% WC =25ppm
50% WC = 12.5ppm
50% WC = 6.25ppm

If you have the containers to do larger changes, go for it, you will end up saving a lot more salt.

This will get your NO3 level down, but you will need to find the source or it will build back up. What all do you have running for equipment? Any biomedia/filter floss? Adding some macroalgae should help lower and maintain them.
