the best 2bulb fixure?

since ATI, and Tek don't make 2bulb fixures. what would you say the best light fixure is? And which one is the best fanless fixure?

Tek makes 2 bulb fixtures in some sizes. Fanless will mean replacing bulbs more often.

i'm looking for a 48" I would love a fan, but this tank is in my room. And the noise would annoy the hell out of me.
