The one thing to improve clolors

feeding my fish as much as they could eat just before lights out... which i believe gave my sps the advantage over algae for the resulting ''nutrients''.

Studies showed feeding at night resulted in less growth, don't know for color

Mega stable params. Mostly alk, but also nutrient params with heavy import/export

Yes I know that's more than one. But the idea of any one thing being "most important" is like the old saying what's most important in your car. The engine, transmission, tires, steering wheel or breaks? Without each of them being correct, it won't work.

+1 on fish, my tank would probably be considered "over stocked" but everyone is fat, happy, and producing nutrients ;)

+1 also on stable params, dosers are amazing inventions lol

Lots of fish and dont go nuts on Maximum PAR. Take a hint from Justin Fox, dont get me wrong, he has plenty of light but he doesnt blast the heck out of his corals. IMO..his corals have the most intense colors of any coral grower I have found. Sometimes I think we get nuts with flow and light....you know...if a little is good a lot must be better.
