Thinking of switching to horses

I would love to have some horses in my jbj 24g cube. My question is are there any horses that do ok in a higher flow tank? I have a rio 1400 for my return so it puts out more than stock. The tank has been up and running since jan. 2005 so its mature.
Also would a mystery wrasse be ok with any horses.

no horses do not like high flow-yes, in nature, they come from high flow areas, but they only hitch and don't move much with high flow. I'd keep it to 5x tank turnover (an hour)

some people do ok with wrasses: some don't-pretty fast eaters, aggressive, etc. etc. you'd also have to look at all other tankmates: big hermits are bad, many corals are bad, other fish are bad...
