I have 3 Hydnophora, each with a different growth pattern. One could be described as "fuzzy". They all have a very potent sting though.

Will you be fragging any of these? I saw a really fuzzy bright green one in Clarksville & thats what sparked my interest. I really like the look of them. Would you mind sending me a pic? eyebedam@comcast.net

hey Eyebedam, I have a carpet not sure it's what you're looking for. It's a fiends who had a tank break on him. I have had it for a couple weeks. my friend let me know wednesday that he wasn't going to get back into the hobby and was going to let those of us who are keeping his inhabitants have them. I will not be able to keep this guy very long in my small tank. If it's what you're looking for I would love to make a trade with you.

Here it is when we put it in my tank

Here the Hydnaphora pictures:

This one is composed of irregular branches with tendency to form an encrusting base.

This one is kinda fuzzy with tall growth pattern

This one grows a more dense compact colony.

All of them will sting whatever they can touch! They all glow a vivid green under actinics.
