That's a film camera. Unless you want to be wasting time and money on film and developing, digital would be better.

If you are serious these days (and Jesse is), the ONLY way to go is digital.

Don't get me wrong, I really loved film, and if you're planning on doing "some" photography courses, film is a prerequisite. The thing is, digital media is very cheep. Buy it once and you're good to go. Also just getting into it and wanting to take pics of reef tanks, digital IMHO is the "ONLY" way to go.
