Thorny oyster

Can anybody give me info on keeping Thorny Oysters in a reef tank?

They look very interesting but I have troubles finding info on them, including maximum size

Keep eye on the temp. I had one and died when temp rich 84 during the summer.

I have one in my tank. I've had it for maybe 6 months now. Seems to be doing fine. It is about 4" across and 5-6" tall. It's a larger specimen and quite stunning. People always ask about it when they see my tank. I don't do anything special to care for. I do add phytoplankton to the tank sometimes, but not on a regular basis. The tank has very good water flow.
