As long as it stays aerated, shouldnt have the nitrate bomb
Looks to be Callichirus islagrande. Used frequently for bait for fishing from the beach/pier but appears to be mostly collect your own and not “for sale” regularly

The way they are collected here is with a PVC pipe with plunger inside. Can be collected for personal use for bait. Need saltwater fishing license to collect. They superficially look like a cross between a mantis shriimp and pistal shrimp. As far as I know, they are detritivores. Funny this makes the news as they are very common on Texas beaches. They like to be in the wash zone, so not sure how they would adapt to aquarium.
