The tanks parameters are getting better. My ammonia is 0, nitrite is .001, and nitrate is 25. Is it time for a water change or should I give it another week or so?
I have had no algae outbreaks yet except a little brown on the sandbed in one corner. I am using natural sunlight while the tank cycles and it hits that one spot longer than the rest of the tank. I was expecting the whole tank to bloom. Will that eventually happen?
I don't seem to have a need for a cleanup crew yet since there is nothing to clean but some die off that is under the rocks. Would waiting a few more weeks be good to see if I get algae?
