Thriving mixed reef but chalice are receding

I've got a 150 gallon reef that the SPS/LPS/Clam/anemone are doing great in. Only weird thing is my 2 chalice pieces are receding and slowly dieing. I have a dragons tongue chalice that encrusted the entire rock it was on, now it's roughly half its original size. Same thing with my Hollywood stunner chalice. It was really dark purple and growing/encrusting nicely, now it's more pale pink and about half its size.

My SPS corals are absolutely thriving and growing, and I suspect the low nutrients may be why the chalice aren't thriving. Both of my chalice pieces are placed near the bottom or on the sand, mostly indirect light, lower flow so I thought these would be perfect placement for them.

My params are exactly where I want them;
temp 78
Salinity 35ppt
ALK 8.7
CAL 420
Mag 1400
Nitrate .75 ppm
Phos .04 ppm

My Phos/Nitrate have fluctuated from zero to barely there over the past few months and I've worked hard to get them both to register on test kits. Since I've gotten both them to register everything in the tank has colored up very nicely.

I dose only 4 zeo products, Sponge Power (twice a week, 5 drops) Amino Acid (5 drops, daily), Coral Vitilizer (2 times per week, 2 full syringes) and potasium/flouride/iodine (3 times per week, 5 drops)

Feeding response from both chalice corals is there, the red one's eyes grab food, mostly at night and the hollywood stunner sometimes has its feeder tentacles out during the day, assuming mostly at night as I don't see it sweeping very much anymore.

Thoughts?
