Time not updating

I spoke to Alex a month ago to get a replacement fan ordered. I told him that my time is an hour behind and I have tried to update it. I have since done the manager update and still have the same problem. I have even tried to do it manually but with no luck. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Please make sure you have the correct time zone selected under "Manage Account". If that does not correct the issue, please follow the steps below:

1. Sign into EcoSmart Live
2. Select "Schedule Options" then "Export"
3. Select the "Settings" button then "New Profile" and "Yes"
4. Proceed through the "Aquarium Setup" and program your lights
5. Select "Schedule Options" and "Import"
6. Select the "Program Aquarium" button to save the changes

No the lights will continue to run their schedule, and by "Exporting" the schedule you are saving it to a file that can't be lost.
