This is only the tank, stand, and hood. 48" VHO is built into the hood and includes the ballast in like new condition.
I'm asking $150. The tank and stand are 60" long and 18" wide. The tank is about 20" tall. The stand is 27" tall. So the whole setup is about 60" X 18" X 54" tall when it's set up.
