Timing between repeated Revive dips?

Hello everyone,
I currently have a (very) large tank with rust brown flatworms, Convolutriloba retrogemma. I am waiting for a few six-line wrasse to finish going through quarantine to help keep the flatworm population in check.

My question is: How often can I dip the same colonies with Revive by Two Little Fishies? I've read elsewhere every 5 days. I'm doing 3 minute dips with good success so far.

The most affected colonies are LPS - Elegance coral most heavily. The SPS are not bothered.
