Tips for taking tank shots with sd630

Kinda a noob in photography but looking for some tips. Most of my pics of the fish come out way blurry and when i try manual mode and its 10x worse. Any links or tips for p&s users?

I use the Canon SD630, I really don't have any issues with it. I dislike its lack of manual features, but thats not really an issue since we bought it for a small compact P&S. I will be getting a DSLR soon and cannot wait.

My advise for the camera, set the white balance on a piece of paper or a few coffee filters (This really helps with my 14k Phoenix MH) Experiment with different ISO and exposure. A tripod will be your best friend with blurry pictures.
