In my 25 gallon tank I have two ocellaris and a bangaii cardinal.
The clowns have been going through the pairing process for about 3 weeks - when I added the smaller clown. The clowns spend most of their time together, with some occasional nipping around feeding and bed time (but no damage).
The problem is that overall aggression seems to has gone up! The bangaii sometimes gets between the clowns if they are fighting, and has taken to nipping at them during feeding. The clowns as a pair also now seem to enjoy attacking the glass.
Any tips to reduce aggression while feeding? I know I overfeed, and I'm trying to cut back. It seems like I have to choose between carefully dropping pellets + aggression, or overfeeding + peace.
