tissue loss

I just got some frags from a fellow reefer. well when they arrived, the bags were pretty cold. I floated them and acclimated them over a 2 hour period to slowly warm them up. I placed them in the tank and I lost 2 of them upon delivery. no tissued left at all just a white skeleton. And a few of them looked like they were having tissue loss. I kept them in the tank to see if they would pull through. well the last 2 days its gotten progressively worse. I fragged the tips where there was all tissue.
Will this loss of tissued spread to the other frags in the tank. should I pull all of the frags that are showing loss out and just call them dead???

what would you suggest.
