To Change, or Not...

Well guys, my tank is a little algea ridden, and my 'trates are a wee bit high (30ish) and unfortunatly, my RODI was left out over the winter months and froze/broke. The question is this,


Should I change my water with tap...

or

Do nothing?

Once I get a little bit of in any situation, I'm going to do a 20 gallon RO-DI change anyways...

It depends on your tap water. I use tap water and have very little to no algea at all. Just once or twice a week enough light green on the glass to clean off with a mag float.
