To Scrap or Not to Scrap : That is The Question????

For years now I have fought scraping the back glass of my aquarium and thought maby just letting it go and see what happens , and grows there. Wanted to see what everybody else is doing!!!!

I only scrape the front glass. I don't even bother with the sides anymore. And it's not even an in-wall. I would imagine the only reason why you would need to scrape is for visibility and if you can't see from both sides, why bother in my opinion. What ever is on the glass is growing everywhere else you don't scrape so I can't say you are hurting anything.

there is no need to scrape the back glass you're just making life harder on yourself, especially if its like mine and you have no room to get around to it easily. i don't and mine looks just fine.
