IF I don't skim, what's the best way to draw fresh air into the tank?

IF I do skim, which one should I get? Total system volume will be approx 150-160 gallons.

Good surface agitation should be enough. Just don't overstock or feed heavy

Dang, i never even would consider to not have a skimmer. Why make the hobby more difficult? Unless its a money issue, then i understand.

Nah, now I have my 28 and I have an air pun drawing fresh air in from outside through CO2 media to the skimmer and an air stone. Looking to replicate to raise Ph...
