I recently got what I think is an orange toadfish from the lfs. The only reason I think that is cause it's really orange. I would post a picture, but I have no camera. Before I bought the fish the research that I found on toadfish was very limited. Basically all I know about the fish is that it is very aggressive, has sudden bursts of activity, it creates a lot of waste, and apparently is super hardy. Currently it is about 4" and I have it in a 24g nano.
Is there anything that it wont eat besides fish that are way to big to fit in its mouth?
How big do they get?
How long does it take for them to get that big?
What is a good tank size for them to grow into?
I'd assume that the fish wouldn't go after corals, but does anyone know that for sure?
Does anyone know anything more that I should know about the fish?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
