Toadstool not looking right

My toadstool has been like this for like 3 months and I cannot figure out why there has been now changes to the system. Has anyone ever seen a toadstool act like this? Any help would be great I can't figure it out all other corals are great. Lighting is 8 bulb t5 ho retrofit in a canopy the tank is 125g

Looks OK to me also tho its polyps look thinned out. Is that what your referring to?

I thought something was wrong because it did look like this

It looks pretty good. It is extending more so it's obviously happy.
