toadsttol update...

hi all,

wel as some of u know i had bought a toadstool leather as was abit worried about how it was looking after i introduced it 2 my tank.
well it has been 4 days now, most of the mucus layer has gone and i have noticed that the crown has gone pinkish in colour and that the are little bumps on the crown which i think are the polyps thinking bout coming out...
the only problem is it is not standing up yet (still laying down) is this normal? how much longer will it b?

Brilliant... not very long now, the polyps comming through is excellent news! should not worry about it being on its side,it will stand up tall when its ready - in a day or so it would be a good idea to put the flow directed above it , that way the toadstool will stretch towards the flow cleaning itself

also i have a 40 gal as u know i have 2 maxijet1200s in my tank as well a the outlet head from the fluval 304, is this enough flow for my tank? my tank is 3ft 3in 40gal.
