Toby puffer with Long Spine Urchin

Not in my experience, whenever I tried it the Toby slowly bit all the spines off the urchin and eventually killed/ate it.

I have a toby puffer and a pincushion urchin. The puffer occasionally nips at the urchin, however the urchin is doing fine. Hasn't dropped any spines, continues to move about the tank and eat.
