Too much fighting?

I had one false perc in my tank for about a week, and it was doing great. I decided I wanted to try and pair some, so I purchased another one and added him, but all they have done is chase eachother for the past 2 days! Both seem to be displaying dominant characteristics (chasing, nipping), and both also seem to be showing signs of submission (seizure like episodes). I have twice caught them locked in a jaw-to-jaw struggle holding one to one another. How long typically do the clowns take to establish dominance? I dont want them fighting and stressing out the rest of the tank or worse.

Do you know how old the new one is and it's size relation?

They are both about 4 months old. The larger of the two (and the older one) is about 1.5 inches. The newer, smaller clown is appx 1 inch.
