Too much light?

I have a 20g tall that I started 6 month ago as FOWLR and have recently decided to switch and have a nano reef.
I have upgraded the lights to a retro 2X65w with one 12K and one actinic.
I started noticing after a while (seems to be close to when I upgraded my lights) that my live rock has started bleaching. I’m running both lights for 6 hours a day. I can’t control the individual bulbs yet but I’m working on that. So, ideally, I could run the actinic one hour before and after the 12K.

Do I have too much light for my tank?

I have a bunch of LPS, some mushrooms and a flower anemone.

I don't think you have too much light, I suspect it is just the changes and improvements that you have made that are causing the difference. It should bounce back in a week or two.

Thanks everybody. Now that I’ve ruled out my light as the cause of bleaching, I’ll have to see what else can cause it…

The bleaching could come from the change in lighting. Also, look closely at your alkalinity, calcium, and magnesium supplimentation.

I wouldn't rule out your lights at all. As I said, I think it is your lights. I don't think you have too much lighting, I think you're on the dim side. What I mean is that you have changed the light from what the tank had been accustomed to.
