I am an avid fisherman and searching for pelagics is heaven on earth. For all you fish heads, you should atleast once in your life fight a marlin or tuna and then let her go to fight another day. Check out this story from Hawaii.

I've fished out of the northern harbor of the big island of Hawaii, it is indeed a great experience. I never had a marlin charge the boat though

Deep Sea fishing is awesome, I go every year for tuna and shark. The one marlin I did hook up was very small around 3 feet in length.
