Torch Coral dying, any tips?

Hey guys so i just got a torch coral about a week ago. When I got it, it seemed to be doing great. After getting, however, i added a new power head for about a week but just removed it because there was too much flow. The most protruding head of the torch i believe was getting blasted by flow a little too hard and I think that's why it has died. The other head seems to be doing fine. It started going downhill a couple days after i fed all my corals some phyto and zooplankton. All my water params have been great and I hope that the other head survives. This torch is one of the highest things in my tank at the moment but it's still a foot deep. I have 2 48" LED with white and actinic blue lights over the whole 125 gallon tank and a separate light spanning half the tank over where the torch is. it wont let me add a picture to this but the tentacles on the dying head have been falling off and shrinking over the course of a couple days. They go from their regular brownish tan color to a almost black then disappear.
I know it's hard to diagnose with my sub par info but if any experienced LPS keepers could throw some ideas for me to work with that would be much appreciated Happy reefing

I run all my torches on the bottom in medium flow medium light. Try to move it lower

torch coral doesn't need a lot of light, but too much flow can definitely hurt them. I'd move it lower too

torch is usually one of my first corals to start dying when something's off.. once a head start dying, it's pretty hard to save that head. Maybe try dipping it in iodine if you have some. Kent lugols worked well for me. Saved the other few heads
